  • Lost or Stolen Phone?

    1. Contact the customer service centre to temporarily have your SIM card deactivated and find out how to replace it with a new SIM card.
    2. Ask the Customer Care agent to fax/email you a blacklisting form which you have to complete and fax back to the call centre (084 14 329)
    3. A blacklisting number will be generated once the phone has been blacklisted which is needed when reporting the phone to your nearest police station. A case number will then be issued.
